Excellent Service and Pleasant Stay

During my recent stay at a hotel in Rishikesh, I had a fantastic experience that I would like to share. The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful and friendly, ensuring that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. One particular staff member, Mr. Amit Singh Rawat, went above and beyond to make sure all my needs were met. His exceptional customer service skills truly stood out.

Finally, the restaurant at the hotel served amazing food, with a variety of delicious options to choose from. this hotel offers great value for money and pays attention to detail, making it a wonderful choice for any traveler visiting the area.

Great stay for a romantic escape! Stunning views and comfortable beds were a plus. The location was key as it was close to everything. The hotel provided shuttle transportation to many key locations. Breakfast was exquisite with a great variety of options.

The lighting was dim which made the room seem smaller. The ventilation wasn't the best which resulted in a damp musty smell.

Everything was fine during my stay.

The location of this hotel is excellent with the city centre and railway station only a stone's throw away. Guests can easily explore the city and its surroundings. Rooms are clean, although small in size, and come with basic amenities such as clean linen and towels.

The breakfast provided is not up to the mark and the staff at the front desk can be a bit inefficient.

Prime location, helpful staff, clean rooms, smooth check-in/out, easy access to amenities and various activities.

The complimentary tea and cookies were a nice touch after our long drive. the location was perfect for exploring the nearby attractions and had plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. the room had a beautiful view of the surroundings.

Our romantic getaway was ruined by the poor quality of the hotel. the room had a funny smell and no windows or ventilation.
